Oxygenating Complex is a restoring agent of the epidermis that defends and repairs skin in need. Oxygenating Complex increases substantive hydro-regulating (re-moisturizing) and softening effects, while providing an emollient to cutaneous superficial layers of the skin. Skin is able to significantly increase its oxygen intake.
