Customer grants to Banner Therapy Products, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, and successors, and assigns the irrevocable right, in perpetuity, to use the information provided within the customer's comment in connection with advertising, packaging, labeling, publicity, promotion, marketing, and merchandising of the products and services to which the comment relates.

Customer represents and warrants that their endorsements and testimonials reflect the customer's honest belief and actual personal experience.

Customer agrees that Banner Therapy Products shall be the sole owner and have all right, title, and interest in the endorsement and publicity materials.

Customer agrees to release Banner Therapy Products from any and all liability for claims by the customer or any third party in connection with Banner's use of the endorsement and publicity materials.

This agreement shall be interpreted, construed, and governed in all respects by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Customer represents and warrants that he or she has read this agreement and understands its terms. This agreement shall be binding on the hiers, executors, administrators, successors, or assigns of the customer.

Customer represents and warrants that he or she is at least eighteen years of age, or if acting on the behalf of a minor, has the legal authority to contract on behalf of the minor.

This thing is pretty uncomfortable. If I move around too much, it will bunch up and I will have to readjust it again. Not a problem around the home, but you can see the difficulties I would have in public. Its also a bit on the small side, so I would recommend ordering 1 size above what you used to be. It does work, however, and thats the important part; I feel and look smaller
