For your convenience Banner offers several payment options, including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, C.O.D., prepayment by check or money order and net 30 for existing customers who have approved credit. Past due invoices are subject to a 1.5% interest charge per month (18% annum) and purchaser agrees to pay all collection and legal fees incurred on past due accounts. Prices reflect cost at time of publication/posting to the Internet and do not include shipping charges, tax or duties/customs fees if applicable.  If prices change, you will be notified prior to shipping. In the interest of keeping your product pricing as low as possible, orders for merchandise totaling under $25 will be accessed a $5 small order fee to defer handling and processing costs.
