Free UPS Ground shipping within the continental U.S. for select items including all portable massage tables!
Accessories purchased with a portable table (from the same manufacturer) will also ship free of charge. (If table accessories are purchased separately, then normal shipping charges will apply.)

No P.O. Boxes
Please do not use a P.O. box for your shipping address. Most of our shipments are sent via UPS and they do not ship to P.O. box addresses.

In-stock items are shipped the same day for all standard orders placed before 3:00 PM EST. Most orders ship standard UPS Ground, (customers ordering from HI, AK and overseas will be contacted with correct shipping charges) If rush air service is requested we will ship your order via an express service for guaranteed delivery in your choice of 1, 2, or 3 business days. For Rush Air shipments placed after 3PM, please call customer service at 1-888-277-1188.
Overnight orders placed on Friday will not arrive until Monday


Drop-Shipped Products: Some items ship directly from the manufacturer, and may take up to 6 weeks lead time for manufacturing and certain large or heavy items may require shipment by common carrier (truck). For these shipments we will contact you with shipping information and charges prior to charging your account.

Lost or Damaged Goods: For your protection, when receiving merchandise from any source, you should carefully examine your order. Inspect boxes for damage and check your shipment against the packing slip/bill of lading to verify receipt of all boxes and content. Have the driver note damage or shortages on your delivery receipt and keep all cartons and packing material. Damage or shortages must be reported within 5 days of delivery in order to make a claim.

Puerto Rico: USPS (US Postal Service) shipments are currently unavailable for Puerto Rico. All orders to Puerto Rico will have to be shipped through UPS until further notice.

International Shipping: International shipping charges for will be calculated after we receive your order, and you will be notified of the charges before your account or credit card is charged. We apologize for any inconvenience.
